Hi and welcome! My name is Karie and I am a recent college graduate with my BA in Mathematics. I’m currently in the process of picking up and moving to Oklahoma to be closer to my boyfriend (Austin aka Clekgo).
I’m hoping to use this blog to share my road-trip adventures with family and friends, who knows what I am going to do with it after that. :)
Once you get to Oklahoma you’re going tell us more about your new life there, right? I want updates! Since I’ve been neglecting fb lately, I think this blog will be a good way for me to check in with you more often.
I love that so far this blog consists of writing about your trip, and recipes. And the recipes all sound like dessert to me, which I will eat any time of the day or night. You may have just inspired me to try baking homemade doughnuts.

Yup! I plan to update this much more often and in more detail that I would ever update fb.
And I have many many more recipes to add! Its more of a place for me to keep track of them all and if others want to try them out then that’s great too! I really want to try the donuts too. Let me know if you try first and how they turn out.
